In the workshop, there is a large laboratory with all the tools and machines (many of which are hand made) necessary for any organ-making operation, including seldom employed techniques that were utilized hundreds of years ago.

In addition to the large assembly room, the workshop is divided into the offices, the machine shop, the woodworking shop, the foundry, the pipe making department and the metal working shop, which is used for the fabrication of mechanical parts.

Highly specialized technicians work in every department, including some from abroad.  A careful and rigorous approach to work organisation results in the highest quality manufacture.

Although containing thousands of parts, even the smallest piece contributes to the perfection of the whole.  For this reason, Pradella has organised the workshop to be able to follow every single operation, step-by-step, from the beginning of the project to the delivery of the instrument, by only a few, but highly specialized, team members.
